David A. Grant, M.D.

After 39 distinguished years of practicing plastic surgery, David A. Grant, M.D. F.A.C.S., has entered into an exciting new endeavor using non-surgical, non-invasive procedures at his practice, La Forme Chic, which opened in 1997. He focuses on patients seeking treatments that can be addressed without surgery, or as a way to help enhance their surgical procedures. Dr. Grant received his B.A. and M.D. degrees from the University of Texas, followed by a surgical internship at Emory University Hospital. He completed his general surgical residency followed by plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas, Medical Branch Hospitals. He holds Board Certification in both general and plastic surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, he has served as President of the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons and a delegate to the American Medical Association.
